The use of herbal teas to cleanse the lungs comes from ancient indigenous traditions. Both Omega UR Tonic and now our AO Smoker's Cleanse draw from indigenous traditions in North America that predate the first American pharmacopoeia that was published more than 200 years ago.
Before purchasing this product, you should read the instructions in the right-side column carefully, and follow this protocol in making use of this product.
Ingredients: Slippery Elm (Ulmus rubra), Butcher's Broom (Ruscus aculeatus), and Horehound (Marrubium vulgare).
Preparation -- (read carefully)
Intro: The protocol itself is one of the most unusual in the herbal world, but it actually works. Moreover, the procedure we we recommend comports with the way that indigenous tribes in the central plains and Eastern U.S. with whom we have worked have used this herbal blend for generations.
First, prepare your "smoke" -- First time users will find it counterintuitive that a remedy to eliminate tar and other toxic buildup in the lungs would, itself, employ the use of smoking. This protocol will work without this step, but you have to work harder to "cough out" the contaminants, which is the entire purpose of using this product.
Next, prepare your "tea" -- Add 1 Tsp. (3 tsp.) of AO Smoker's Cleanse to a half liter (about 16 fl. oz.) of purified water. Allow to steep for 10 minutes (decoction) before use or placing in a pitcher and storing in the refrigerator for later use.
Now you're ready: The process itself is three-stage, best expressed as: "smoke -- cough -- sip." We recommend that you do this at night before going to bed. You smoke on the tobacco or marijuana cigarette, cough vigorously for two to three minutes, and then take a big sip of the hot tea. And it really works better if the tea is HOT.
You repeat this process several times over the course of 30 to 45 minutes. You know the process is working when you have dark, ugly phlegm coming up the following morning when you get up. In turn, you repeat this entire process for four to five days -- or until there is no longer dark, contaminated mucus coming out of the lungs.
The YouTube video at the top of this page provides more details and comments. The presenter, Ralph Suddath, smoked excessively for 30 years. He used the Smoker's Cleanse to completely clean up his lungs, a fact confirmed by his personal physician.
