Shipping & Delivery Policy

7.2 Shipping Address Requirements

A VALID PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ORDERS. WE CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES, APO/FPO ADDRESSES, OR FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment or suite numbers where applicable. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7.3 Fulfillment and Shipping Methods

Our products are fulfilled from our supplier locations in Ecuador and the United States.

  • Products sourced from Ecuador are shipped via FedEx or DHL international express courier service.
  • Products sourced from the United States are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

The specific shipping method and carrier for your order will be indicated in your order confirmation and shipping notification emails.

7.4 Processing and Delivery Times

Order processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and product source:

  • From Ecuador to the U.S.: Typically 3 to 7 business days.
  • From Ecuador to all other countries: Typically 7 to 12 business days.

Please note these timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

7.6 Customs, Duties, and Tariffs (U.S. Customers)

Products shipped from Ecuador to all countries, including the United States, may be subject to customs fees and import tariffs. As of the effective date of our Terms, shipments valued under $800 entering the United States may be subject to a fixed Customs fee and applicable tariffs on products imported from Ecuador.

These fees are assessed and collected by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection through the carrier (FedEx or DHL). The recipient is responsible for payment of all customs fees, duties, and tariffs. The carrier will contact you directly via mail, email, or text message regarding payment. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are non-refundable by us.

7.7 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you in providing documentation needed for carrier claims.
